Some InstaBid features use artificial intelligence: plain-English summaries of solicitations, the Bid Fit recommendation, plain-English search and the McKenzie bid advisor. To provide them, InstaBid sends content to third-party AI service providers acting on our behalf:

• Groq, Inc. runs the language models that read solicitation documents, write summaries and recommendations, interpret search queries and answer advisor questions. It receives the text of public solicitation documents, the company profile fields relevant to the request, your search queries and your advisor messages.
• OpenAI, L.L.C. converts solicitation text and your company's capabilities and past-performance descriptions into numerical representations (embeddings) used for matching. It receives that text only.

AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Summaries, scores and recommendations are research aids, not legal, compliance or bid advice. Always read the original solicitation and confirm requirements with the contracting officer before you bid; you are responsible for the bids you submit. Do not enter information into the advisor that you are not permitted to share with a service provider.
