6. AI Processing, Chat and Search Logs

When you use AI features, the content needed for the request is sent to our AI service providers — Groq, Inc. for language-model processing and OpenAI, L.L.C. for embeddings — as described in our Terms of Service. We send only what the feature needs: solicitation text, the relevant company profile fields, and your query or message. We do not send payment details or passwords to AI providers.

• Advisor conversations are stored with your account so the conversation can continue and so we can monitor answer quality. They are deleted automatically after 30 days.
• Plain-English searches are logged with the filters they were read as and the number of results, for quality monitoring. They are deleted automatically after 90 days.
• Feedback you give on AI output (thumbs up or down, ratings and comments) is kept with your account and used to improve how the AI features are tuned.
• Quality reports we review internally are aggregated — counts and rates — and do not include message text.
